Mornings are getting colder and evenings are getting darker. That only means one thing, time for my favorite season, Fall! There are so many things to get out and do in the Fall while the sun is still shining and the air is crisp.
Burgess Orchard: Perfect place to go apple picking. If you have never been to an orchard, now is your time! It is the ideal date spot or family outing destination. It’s in Alpine so the drive there is an adventure in and of itself. Pick apples from Honeycrisp to Gala to Fuji, etc. All apples are at your fingertips! They also have an amazing Apple Pie Sundae with caramel and cinnamon chips. Mmhh the perfect fall treat! One is big enough to share. For a refreshing treat on a warm day, their apple cider slushy is equally delicious! For more information on the Orchard, view their website.
Canyon Drive: A Utah staple, canyon drive. Go on a drive to clear your head and get away from the busy city. Big Cottonwood Canyon is the perfect drive! Watch the season change while on your drive. Make it a family affair or a cute date night. The views are picturesque and there are places to stop along the way to take pictures. You can even stop and explore the different hikes if you would like! View some of your options on this drive here. Make sure you have a perfectly curated fall playlist for the ride. Take some pictures and make memories!
Cornbelly’s: Located down south in Thanksgiving Point, Cornbelly’s has something for everyone to do. They have a variety of pumpkins to choose from but it isn’t just a pumpkin patch. They have a large haunted corn maze, haunted house, and so many different farm festivities! Enjoy a run on the life size hamster wheel or human foosball game! There is something for everyone of all ages. End your visit with their delicious hot apple cider. A must try! This needs to be on your list of spots to go to before fall ends.
